Please note that we will not be adding any specific communication details (such as email or SMS content) as part of this setup. Once the base workflow is in place, it will be your responsibility to add or customize any messaging, timing, or additional details you’d like included within the flow.
The GLM Flows option is only available to gyms that have approved the enabling of their GLM-GMS Integration. If you do not see this option under Notifications in your GMS account, please contact our Support team for more information – hello@usekilo.com.
