GLM Premium Features Opt-In
Company
This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
GLM premium features are an optional, pay-as-you-go service available in your Gym Lead Machine account. These include workflow premium actions (like Google Sheets and inbound webhook integrations), Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, and more.
Please note:
once premium feature mode is enabled on your account, your GLM account will be locked behind a payment method wall until you add a credit card. Please be prepared to add a payment method as soon as your request is processed. You will not be charged until you begin using premium features, at which time your wallet will top up automatically based on usage.
The following section must be filled out by the Authorized User on your account:
Authorized User Full Name
(Required)
Gym Name
(Required)
Authorized User Email Address
(Required)
Agreement Checkbox
(Required)
I understand that premium features are pay-as-you-go, that my GLM account will be locked until I add a payment method once these are enabled, that my wallet will top up automatically based on usage, and that I can opt out at any time.
